Beautiful east-facing plot in the village of Psilithrias. This quiet traditional settlement has remained largely unchanged over time, tucked behind the mountain and forest. The area has a few houses that have been lovingly restored to their former glory. The plot contains the shells of three old ruins and three water wells. With a building capacity of up to 400m², you can fully restore the ruins. This is one of the few plots in the area with sea views across the channel towards Ithaki.
